Who We Are?
Our MissioN
To advance the knowledge, tradition and rich heritage of Indian Classical dance and music in United Kingdom.
We conduct regular weekly Kathak and Bharatnatyam Dance classes and music practice sessions. We have a dedicated dance group – ‘Nritya’ and Music group- ‘Raaga’, who perform at various prestigious events throughout the year.
We have our own annual dance show – ‘Nritya Baithak’ in the last week of March , and ‘Raaga music concert’ in November every year.
Extraordinary Experiences
Our flagship dance show and music concert sold over a 100 tickets in its very first year. We received a lot of encouragement and praise by wider Bristol community.
Our society has been able to attract many newcomers to Indian classical dance and music. Watching our beginner batch artists being applauded in our annual show was a truly surreal experience.
